Dead MSN
My MSN Hotmail's dead. :( And I can't revive it cause I can't remember which US state I'm meant to be living in. So much for 250 MBs of space. What's the point if you can't even access the damn thing? And I've been using it for so many years now, arghhh.

Oh what the hell. I can't remember all you guys' email adds. :( Add now!

2 people who like bitching come face to face... sort of

Man.... never piss a guy off over football. Lol. Especially when he's an avid Man U fan (and you're obviously NOT) and owns a football blog.

It's okay, Eyeris still likes me.

*runs away*

*and then comes back*

Woi, you laughed when Man U won the last time around, so my turn lah. :P Don't get bitchy (defies your BitchingLOG but I don't care), it's the time of month when I need some amusement to divert attention from the painnn, okay?

Hehe... Life's like that! ;)

Hating Brisbane for no particular reason
I am in one piece in Brisbane and hating it. And uni hasn't even started. It's way too hot here. How can this place be hotter than Malaysia? And why is there an absence of fans? Maybe it's just my cousin's place (though I doubt it) but it's bloody strange. And stifling.

My flight was boring. This Aussie lady sat next to me (I took the window seat) and it was pretty hard for me to wake her up to tell her I needed the bathroom. In normal circumstances, if a person doesn't wake up after I tap them twice, I'd try to climb over them, but I was tired, she was just sprawled out on the seat and she's not typical Asian-sized (I'm trying to put it nicely. And yes, I realise I'm not Asian-sized myself :P) so it would have been pretty hard. :P

Remind me never again to sleep in weird positions in planes and drink coffee after juice cause I felt really sick for half the flight time that I was awake.

For refreshments (the second aeroplane meal), I got a bun with cheese, tomato and disgusting green pepper and another one with ham and cheese... or so I thought. Turns out that huge slab of cheese was... butter. What is wrong with the catering people?! Who in the world would slap on so much butter on a tiny piece of bread? It bloody tasted disgusting. Yes, I like butter, but that was wayyy overboard, so I scraped it off. Hard to do, when it was half frozen.

I really hate standing at the luggage carousel, watching the same bag going round and round for the 500th fucking time, and mine still doesn't show up. ArghhH!! And I hate that stupid immigration officer who examined my stuff. Don't you get the meaning of toiletry bag?? Why'd you have to open it, you sick bastard? Either you think I keep my undies in there or I'm sneaking in more food under the pretense of.. a toiletry bag.

Do me a favour and stop harassing people like me. I like my food. Let me have my food. I'm not gonna fucking PLANT my food, like you suspect I am. You opened my nice can of kuih kapits that looked better than the ones on the TV ad, and now if they go rotten, I am going to fricking curse you till I get home and eat enough of them to make me sick. I showed all that needs to be shown to you. Don't. open. the. rest. of. my. shit! Especially after I tell you there's nothing else! Fricking shithead.

Something's wrong with me. I'm more annoyed than ever, and this is my 5th trip to Brisbane for education purposes in a little over 2 years, with more to come.

Please tell me that there's a party happening soon.

Going, going, soon to be gone
Off to the airport in half an hour! Ohhh, I bet I'm gonna have trouble with my luggage (again) cause they probably weigh much more than I do. :( Fuckkk. Blame it on cookies, kaya (yes, Averdim, I'll sms you on whether they made the journey!), and... uh... the Malaysian Mega Sale (yeah, right) that made me go quite mad on retail therapy. *wince*

Thanks to Morbid Muse and Munak who smsed me before/during the game! Okay, before I sound like a heartless, evil bitch, I do feel sorry for Alan Smith. And I hope he gets better. Hey, he got applause from the rest of the Liverpool fans (unlike Neville), he has mine too. But anyway...

Liverpool WON!

Shhh... I'm savouring the goal in my head now... ;)

I'll be using my old number in Australia. Update you guys soon on everything.

The dreaded Sunday
It's Saturday morning.

Less than 24 hours before I fly off...

Please tell me this isn't true. :(

I think it still hasn't clicked somewhere in me that I am leaving tomorrow. Morning.

And I still haven't finished packing. Double joy.

These holidays have been mad fun. To all those who 'made an appearance'... okay, just let me try to remember your lovely faces... (I hope my memory doesn't fail me now!)

Trinity (lol, most definitely), Averdim, Jehan, Ye Leng (considering we didn't plan it!), Morbid Muse, Random Guy, Tachel, Brian, Uncles Andrew & Nick, Victor, Ivan, Shweita, Chanan, Scarey Chiang, Amanda, EmceeDavid, Howie, Jon Ling (yeah, you count!), Izzy, all the family members;

I'm going to miss you all a lot while I'm stuck in Brissy, argh, with exceptions to those who are gonna be stuck with me, lol.

Come to Brisbane and entertain me, you guys! :)

Pelican Whisky & Cola, Storm Twistonic & Brokeback Mountain (Reviews)
Ahhh... the second Valentine's Day review. A trip to Jusco's alcohol shop brought back a few memories involving Smirnoff, Cruisers and Southern Comfort. But anyway, we escaped with four bottles: Pelican Whisky & Cola, Storm Gin and Tonic, Storm Lychee and Booz Ice Cream Soda.

Image hosting by Photobucket

There Trinity and I were in my room after Love Actually, setting up laptop for Brokeback (no, not Brokenote) Mountain, preparing for a good night. So much for chick flicks!

As we watched the movie, we ate chips and drank and slowly decided what we liked and disliked about these 2:

We started with the Storm 'Twistonic' Gin & Tonic, since we knew the taste would be the worse of the two. It was 6.3% alcohol, a bit dry-tasting, and not very nice to the stomach. I wouldn't buy this again if I had a choice. Excuse me for being a sucker for those extra-sweet flavoured vodka stuff, and believing that beer is not fit for human consumption. One thing I did like: not the traditional 5%. Hated the design; it looked like a vinegar bottle. Made in Malaysia, sold for about 6, 7 bucks.

I give it a 2 and a half out of 5.

Next up Pelican's Whisky and Cola. 5% alcohol. Reminded me of a not so yummy rum and cola, but still, not too bad. Black, obviously, and looked like a Stout bottle. Not much to say about this one, really. About the same price.

3 out of 5.

And then I fell asleep cause the movie was too boring. Therefore, no chance to review the other two. Truth be told, the only interesting parts of the movie were the extremely gay ones. How very... uh... queer. Beautiful scenery. The number of sheep they used in that movie must've been Australia's entire sheep population. Their accents annoyed me, for some unknown reason. I normally like Jake Gyllenhaal's voice but this time, I just couldn't wait for him to shut up.

Trinity told me to wake up cause she spilled the Whisky & Cola on my bed. Made me wonder if she was a bit off. Haha. Anyway, gave my bed a bit of a wipe and turned the movie off. I don't plan to finish it either. Definitely didn't touch me like others said it would since it put me to sleep and for the record, I honestly doubt it was the alcohol, lol.

And this movie earns a 1 and a half out of 5. Sorry, Heath and Jake.

See that shirt I'm wearing in the picture? Take a better look:

Yes, I really love this hat at the moment. :P But anyway, get your own Heart4Hope shirt and support Yvonne Foong today!

Hello Haagen Dazs on V-day! (Review)
Trinity and I made the trip to Haagen Dazs yesterday, even though there were minor setbacks. *cough* Parents *cough* Brother! *cough*

Anyway, once I opened the menu, I groaned. How can they torment me like this?! No one should be compelled to pick just one because the pictures are marvellous. So drool-worthy! It was incredibly hard to make a decision. Should we order one each? Worse, WHAT should we order?

And then, we caught sight of the most fantastic menu item: chocolate fondue! It had all these dainty scoops of ice-cream and fruit with a chocolate hot pot. Like, can it get any better? Well, it did get worse. The price. *wince* 44 fricking bucks. How can they put it in the menu and expect people to pay such an extravagant price? Ergh!

Forced to skip it, there was another obstacle: dinner. Argh. So we decided to share one dessert. I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Anyway, to rub salt in our wounds, there was a couple two tables away enjoying their fondue. I remember feeling very incredibly annoyed and telling Trinity to stop looking over at them so often, even though I was guilty of the exact. same. thing.

And then.. the grand yummylicious arrived! It looked exactly like the picture, like this:

Image hosting by Photobucket

You're lying if you're telling me you aren't drooling now. Oh, come take a closer look:

Image hosting by Photobucket

You hate me now, don't you? Don't worry, I have no pictures of that fondue. Dammit. :P

Six flavours of ice-cream. Fruits. Mango sauce. Chocolate sauce. Whipped cream. Chocolate leaf. Designed to ruin any diet; perfecto!

Just to let you know (and piss you off), our six flavours were:

Trinity's choices: brandied cherry, dulche de leche (in simple english, caramel), coconut-something, and

my choices: strawberry, cookies and cream and rum and raisin.

You know which one of us is more adventurous now. ;)
